I have been sending couples to this minister for over 2 years while she was doing business as faith full love chapel . Service was excellent gentleman named kevin booked our wedding, , internet, , the same guy picked us up in the Limo showed us great time with a wonderfull ride he even took a picture of our wedding group at te famous Las vegas sign, he went out of his was to make ourr day wonder full . He was also the photographer and I have over 100 pictures of our weddding day the ceremony was also wonderfull and you could not beat the price . I wish i could have tipped kevin better but i was having bad week gambling, , I then sent 2 other couples to the chapel expecting same service but the limo driver changed and was very arrogant demanded that the couple pay him to take picture at sign I am not prejudice but this fellow wasnt Kevin that took care of us, , the next time i sent couple they had moved to down block limo driver was slow and limo messy, photographrer was illerate was so slow it was pathetic, , I sent one more couple and this was last straw they drove them selves to chapel, , the photographer was again different, , he took 40 plus phot's although package called for 30 was given a 30 dolar tip which he refused to take saying he took more pictures then called for demanding 50 dollars. Avoid this chapel at all cost they willpromise you kevin and his services but you will get anyone they can find, they use bait and switch and charge you fora 24- 48 service for official copy of marriage lisence scare you into telling you it takes anywhere from 90 -120 days to get it yourself and will charge you extrra 100 dollars for it whenyou can do it your self in less then 3 weeks avoid this chapel, levita phillips, , Pastor Levita Phillips Heavenly Bliss wedding chapel and Faithfull love wedding chapel back in 2007 they had wonderfull chapel, ceremony was great and service was excellent Levita and Kevin Caputo worked wonderfull together I am not sure what happened to kevin but since he wasnt there there was a dramatic turn for worst, , DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH THIS CHAPEL OR PASTOR AT ANY COST
