Fraudulent, don't buy
I purchased Heel Tastic and have been using it for over a week and it has actually make my heels worse. I only purchased it because the store I was at did not carry the ointment I usually purchase so I thought why not. Well what a mistake. $10 down the drain. And when I called the company and tried to send it back under their 100% money back guarantee, they said they wouldn't take it, even with my proof of purchase and receipt. What thieves and scam artists. If you want a product that really works, purchase Heel Balm - I get it at Riteaid and it costs a lot less.

Deception and lies
i do so agree with what those who have been ripped off also! I too thought of trying it with this offer 2 for 10.00...WHAT a shock: by the time I found out what they charge me I had a bill of 73.35!!! I NEVER ordered all they added to my bill! Besides: they charged me 10.00 for each the items they offered as 2 for 10.00! I am so mad and angry at myself...only hours later I called and canceled...I even have an ID number for the persons I talked too, but as I checked if they canceled my order, I was disconnected from the # 800-777-877...and connected with 800-668-talk!!

So I tried to reach them on my handy...I got through on the main number, but when the girl on the other side found out I checked on a cancellation, she hung up on me, hooked me up with 800-668-talk... this means, they never let you talk to anyone again!!! MAY the GOD of ISRAEL avenge their fraud on all they deceive and rip off, MAY HE take away all they take from us: THAT IS WHAT I PRAY for...NOW I am going to watch them go down...I also wish to add: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...

DO NOT BY ANYTHING from those Companies that are connected with TELEBRANDS Costumer Care!!! WOE to them all, bec. they ARE CURSED indeed even if it looks like they get away with it: their time will come...mark my words...!

Bogus
FreeHeeltastic.com is a bogus website!!! Do not order from this site! I did and they added an extra $16.98 to the order, would not let you view your shopping cart, had no information for customer service, etc. I immediately called my bank and nullified my debit card. I found the authentic website and called to let them know what had happened. She could not pull up the website. Even the phone call I had with her did not sound right because it was very scratchy and hard to hear. She said she would pass the information along. Buyer beware!

Product ineffective
Heeltastic has a lot of product hype out there so I decided to test the product myself. After using the product every day for a week I can say that my heels are not much different than when I started. I think "bag balm" sold at Walgreens and at the local "Feed & Seed"store if you live in the country is cheaper and works great. The only advantage to heeltastic is its ease of application. Sincethe product seems relatively ineffective I would not recommend it or buy it again. I purchased Heeltastic at Bed, Bath & Beyond for $9.99. you can buy twice as muchBag Balm for half the price. Bag Balm was developed by dairy farmers in Vermont for use on cow udders. It works great on very dry chapped skin and it does not smell medicinal like the Heeltastic product.

Don't buy from them
I will never order from that company again. They do not send order confirmations or delivery confirmations out with any heeltastic order and they take a really long time in shipping which tricks you into a second order, since you never received any order confirmations on the first order. In the future its better to just pick up the product at the mall, it works out to be cheaper. The 14 piece accessory kit is also a piece of junk, hence its free with purchase. There are also other complaints online about the company they certainly do not seem like a professional business.

Credit card fraud
I have just read several pissed reviews of Heeltastic -- the cream advertised on TV. Well, I have already ordered the product, but haven't yet received it. However, I HAVE received a different surprise: a fraudulent charge on my credit card that peculiarly corresponds to the online charge from the Telemarketers selling Heeltastic.

Specifically, I used a credit card that hadn't been used for a very long time and which never left my house. About a day after the Heeltastic charge went through, the same amount was charged from Strawberry.Net for approximately the same amount! In other words, if a careless consumer got a report that this amount was charged from Strawberry.Net (a site from which creams may be purchased), s/he might just assume that it was for the Heeltastic lotion! Fortunately, I provided a needless bit of false info on my order form and the, apparently, vigilant Strawberry.Net and my credit-card company noted the fraudulent activity. From what I could glean, the illegal operation may be working through The Netherlands -- but that's not a definite.

In any case, I need to have a new card issued and all the grief involved with that process. To deal with this feeling of violation, I'd just like to know if, in addition to any problems with Heeltastic itself, any other consumer experienced a similar problem from and online Heeltastic order.
