I don't feel this is a complaint as clerk was following instruction guidelines. Situation is that we just moved to Schertx TX and have to purchase a 32 gallon trashcan. Both spouse and I purchased a trashcan. I at Garden Ridge and he at Lowes. He purchased a can for less than I did. I went to Garden Ridge to return the Hefty trashcan purchased at $34.97 however unsure of what happened to my receipt. I do not recall receiving however that doesn't mean anything in trying to return. The trashcan my husband purchased was about half the money $17.99.
The lady at the register provided me with a slip of paper with website for Customer Service to make the decision on the return. I am hoping you say yes to the return as we do not need two cans and in this environment all helps.
