I purchased a value pak of you hefty one zip gallon storage bags with a quantiy of 30. Over half of the bags would not open or would rip at the zipper when they were opened. I was very disappointed with the product. I would hope that you would stand by your product. I do not have my reciept for this so I am not sure of the amount it cost me. The product UPC code number is 1370081431. There is a code on the side of the box which is 7650529623.

I have purchased your products before and have not had this problem.
