I flew with Emirates on 29th Jan to Ausralia. This was my 9th flght and have always ben hapy with them, hence my loyalty. BUT, I will never fly with them again. This trip was terrible. Flight was delayed for 24 hours, no staff around to ask questions, the lack of communication was worring. When the flight did take off, I was seated next to a severally disabled man and Emirates cabin crew ingnored him for the whole flight, I ended up being his carer. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Trying to contact the customer service team is a joke and makes you wonder who they operate this 'service' for. I could only spek to someone who was able to make a booking, I was told that CS only reply yo emails - what if I didn;t have an emial? Everyone has email they told me!!!
I did email and I am still waiting for a reply!
Do yourself a favour and fly with another company!
