During the course of my online interacting with Helen Love Roland ([email protected]), i was assigned beneficiary of a trust fund. Helen's late father left her a trust fund and i began receiving documents supporting this fact. Andrea Krotney was a representative of Bank of America, where the trust fund was held. As per Andreas' instructions, payments began on Jan. 14, 2011, and where sent to Mr. William Kender, Bank Atlantic, 15725 South Dixie Hwy, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157. Account number, SWIFT and ABA available upon request. I was informed by Andrea to submit a total of $550, at which a wire transfer would be in effect within 48 of full payment. All following checks were sent to Mr. William Kender at 21121 SW 85th Avenue, Apt. 112, Cutler Bay, FL 33189. The amount of the inheritance was three quarters of a million dollars. Around the first part of May, all payments were accounted for. Andrea sent me an email saying the transfer was interrupted by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as a screening process for drug and terrorists related activity. I then received a message from the IMF stating i had to submit an additional payment to them in the amount of $700 to obtain purpose of intent application. At this time, Helen Love Roland informed me that a friend of her late father was sending a check to my home address and it should be used to purchase a plane ticket to my home and pay some bills she had accumulated while living in Quito, Ecuador. The amount of the check was $2, 750. It was deposited in my bank account and later found to be a fraudent check. Details filed in previous compliant dtd 5/21/2011 to the FTC. I am presently out of contact with Helen Love Roland. I don't know how i can obtain the money i paid to these people. I sent Andrea a message asking her to provide details in reference to a refund and received no message regarding this issue. I am forced to believe i have been scammed and that the inheritance is also fraud. Helen Love has discontinued all further contact in regard to this incident.
