I AM A PREPAID USER OF AIRTEL FROM PAST MANY YEARS AND I HAD SUBSCRIBED FOR HELLO TUNE SERVICE BEFORE 20 DAYS AND I HAD PAID RS 30 IN ADVANCE FOR MONTH'S SUBSCRIPTION BUT UNFORTUNATELY MOST OF THE TIMES IT REMAINS OFF. EVEN SOMETIMES IT REMAINS OFF FOR WHOLE DAY. BUT WHENEVER I CONSULTED CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING THIS, THEY TOLD IT IS DUE TO UPDATION.
BUT I JUST WANT TO CONFIRM IF THIS SERVICE IS BADLY INTERRUPTED WITH THE HELL UPDATION PROCESS THEN Y DIDN'T THEY WITHDRAW THIS SERVICE OR DIDN'T CHARGE THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES FOR THE DAYS WHEN IT IS OFF.
THIS UPDATION PROCESS IS GOING ON DURING THE WHOLE YEAR AND WE JUST PAY FOR NO SERVICE .
ISN'T IT INJUSTICE.
I HAD DISCONNECTED THIS SERVICE BEFORE PAST FOUR MONTHS OWNING TO THIS PROBLEM BUT NOW I AGIAN SUBSCRIBED WITH THE FOND HOPE THAT THE EARLIER PROBLEM WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. BUT ALL THE SAME THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE AND THE AIRTEL IS JUST LOOTING THE CUSTOMERS.
IF THIS PROBLEM OF MINE IS NOT SOLVED I WILL GO THROUGH THE CONSUMER COURT
