The only way the business can respond is to pay Peter Cheales of Hellopeter large sums of money to subscribe to his website. Why should it be free to the customer and not to the business? The reason for that is, if the company wants to resolve the issue they cannot until the pay. This is blackmail and cannot be legal. The customers can be as damaging and place untruths on this website and get away with it.
