Helmetsetc.com ??????? I placed an order with them on 8/6/09 for a helmet and the money was taken out of my account. I got a confirmation email stating that they have received my order. The following week I attempted to call their number that they had on their web-site to only get a full mailbox. The number was later removed from the web-site. I sent multiple emails to them to confirm if the helmet was in stock as I needed it soon. NO RESPONSE. On Tuesday 8/18/09 I received an email from them with an apology stating that they have been moving into a bigger building and they have fallen slightly behind. They stated that the good news was that they were all moved in now and were going to ship all orders out THIS MON, TUES AND/OR WED... Since the 18th was already a TUESDAY I'm not sure witch MON/ TUES/ WED they were referring to. Of course sending them another email stating that they should either mail it next day air for the inconvenience or refund my money back was wasting my time. Today is 8/22/09 and I still have not received the helmet or an email stating that it has been shipped. I could have had this helmet already if I had ordered it from another company. I will NEVER do business again with HELMETSETC.COM !! Is it a SCAM ??????
