Not recommended. This is a total ripoff. Paid for merchandise and got no merchandise. Florida BBB has had several(31) complaints for the same reasons as mine. Shows to have been in business since 1999. Would like to get my money back but I think its a lost cause. Dont be ripped off as I was. Spread the word!!!

Three weeks after placing an order, I still have no helmet. I have emailed almost every day for the past 10 days just to get a tracking number or ANY information on my order. There is no telephone number to contact or really any way to get a hold of them except "snail mail". The worst web transaction I have ever had and hope NO ONE orders from these people again. Please do your self a favor and buy from somebody else. I ordered another helmet from China and it already arrived and these people are in Florida!

This company has very poor customer service. I ordered a helmet on 6/30, and did not hear from them in over a week, then was told my helmet was out of stock and they would have to get it from another manufacturer. It finally arrived on 7/11 but it was the wrong size. They offered to exchange it for the correct size, even pay return shipping (which they should). I returned it on 7/13 and since then it has been like pulling hens teeth to hear anything. I emailed every address I could find on their site, and called the phone number. Nobody ever answers the phone and nobody responded to my emails. Finally today I got a "we're sorry" email. It seems that my size helmet is out of stock and they are "expecting a shipment any day". We'll see... I'm giving them until Monday, that will be a full month, then I'm going to contest the charge with my credit card company.

I understand that mistakes sometimes happen, and the wrong item gets shipped. It wouldn't be so bad if they would at least COMMUNICATE what is going on once in awhile. It does nothing to build confidence in your customer when you do not respond to emails or phone calls. Even if I do get the helmet, I will never order from this company again.
