i like many others ordered acia berry and colon cleanse, a free trial was offered on the internet. I ordered mine on October 13th, instead of being charged £3 95 as was supposedly billed for they charged £4 24+ £1 oo twice. Then on October8th they charged me £75 18 +£1-00 again TWICE, putting me in the red with my bank. The bank got in touch with me, and i went in to see the manager who told me that the payment charge was what put me overdrawn. the bank charged me £15 for unplanned overdraft, + £15 a day, now i'm a pensioner, and had to pay tha back when i recieved my next pay, so it means this month i dont have any money to spend on groceries so i dont eat.I rang TRADING PLANET LTD, AT BRISTOL, NUMBER08082389830 i spoke to help desk and all they could do was to give me two reference numbers to take tothe bank to stop any more money from coming out, But need my money back, what can i do, i tried ringing the other numbers that are on my invoice, but no answers, i tried ringing America but still got no answer.PLEASE HELP, WHAT ELSE CAN I DO. i' m so upset and so angry, who in their right minds would pay £150-36 a month for diet pills?
