I called Helpful Item and ordered an electronic range control (part #WB27T10265) for my GE oven. I provided my credit card details over the phone. When the part arrived, the rear circuit board of the main controller was badly cracked in the vicinity of the transformer and therefore non-functioning. It is possible that the damage occurred in manufacture when the board was being pressed into the plastic chassis. Helpful Item has a no returns policy on electronic items but the part has a 90 day warranty. I contacted Helpful Item who said that they would take care of the warranty. I supplied them with the model and serial number of appliance as requested but have not heard from them since. I have tried to contact them via email and telephone but there has been no reply. Helpful Item took my money, sent me damaged goods and disappeared. I have had to order the part from another supplier. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HELPFULITEM.COM.
