Do not conduct any transactions with helpfulparts.com or helpfulitem.com. They do not answer the phone or call back as they state in the recording (because they are too busy stealing everyones money) and will not answer emails. It is true that your account will get billed the same day that you place the order and then you will never see any product. Be advised that this scam works because some people just wait it out and you only have 60 days to submit a dispute to the credit card company to get your money back. After the 60 day period, you are screwed and Mike gets away with your money. Go ahead and try and call them and when that dosen't work, send them an email and see what you get, it will be the same as the product you will never receive. I wish someone with enough horsepower could get this fraudlent site shut down.
