overpriced payments and manipulative and poor CUSTOMER SUPPORT out there IN TEXAS
They change up on their contract agreements. And to reach a LIVE customer support, Its worse than filing for your yearly taxes. They overcharge for the equipment and THEN have a CLAUSE that IF you do not finish your payment obligation. YOU ARE STILL LIABLE FOR the total cost AND they ARE ALLOWED by the CONTRACT to submit a negative inquiry to your CREDIT REPORT. I would be going to various blogging communities and consumer complaint board sites and BBB to spread the word on this SCANDULOUS and CORRUPTED company with their MONEY TRAP-SCHEME towards the U.S. hardworking individuals.

Fraudsters and cheaters
My income is limited but I wanted to purchase a computer for myself so I decided to try HelpMeToBuy. I called for information and by the end of the conversation I had been signed up for their program.
After getting off the phone I started to think about what I'd committed myself to, I remembered that the young lady had told me that I could call and cancel within a three day period, the next day I did just that. On March 10, 2009 I signed up, on March 11, 2009 I called and canceled, the rep told me he was taking care of it as we spoke.
April 2, 2009 lo and behold there's an auto pay HelpMeToBuy $99.00. I get them on the phone and try to explain to their less than courteous rep that I called and canceled the next day and she tells me that because I called the number I had originally called to place the order that he had no authority to cancel for me, well is that my fault or the companies. She tells me they will go back and review the recorded conversation and get back to me.
Yesterday she did, April 16, 2009, after the review she saw where I called to cancel but the rep transferred me and there's a hang up so there's no proof I actually canceled, well if there's no proof that I canceled then how do you know that the call I made was not to simply ask a question? No satisfaction with company? To anyone thinking about this deal Debra says, 'RUN! RUN! RUN!!!
