Bad service
The service department at Henry Brown GMC located in Gilbert Arizona requires a complete overhaul from the service advisors desks right on down to the mechanics and technicians. I tried to support a new dealership and a local business but found myself frustrated and disappointed by the lack of care and attention in resolving my diesel service issues correctly the first time. My truck frequently requires multiple visits to resolve the same issues. The truck is always given back to me with filthy hand prints on the chrome and paint, and a general "We don't care about a $45, 000 dollar vehicle" attitude. I tried to be patient, but had to resort to another dealership for my service needs. This is my personal work truck and a tool thats required to make my living with. I can't afford incompetence and expensive repairs done multiple times. Do yourself a favor if you purchase or require service for a GM product stay clear of Henry Brown GMC.

negligence
My name is Yesenia Lopez. I own a 2007 Chevy Tahoe. I made an appointment at Henry Brown .They scheduled me to take in my vehicle for the 28 of March of 2008. I took my tahoe in for the folowing reasons:battery dies within 5 to 10 when trying to listen to the stereo(with out the engine being on). A rattling noise is heard in driver side of vehicle.(when driven more than 50 miles per hour). CD gets stuck, and an oil change. So I took my Tahoe to Henry Brown at about 9:30 am. That whole day past and nobody called me to let me know about my Tahoe.So I called on Saturday morning. I spoke to George and he let me know that they had a late start on my vehicle and that they had to order a part.So he said that I could pick it up or leave it but that it wasnt done.So i decided to leave it. I called on Monday Morning again and it still wasn't done.Later on Monday George calls me and asks me what was wrong with the battery and about the rattling noise. On tuesday I called a gain and left a message for George. Like two hours later I called again and told the young lady that I needed to speak to George, she asked me if I wanted to leave a message and I said no because he doesn't renturn the calls.My husband decided to call and he got an answer. So I decided to call again and I Finally got to speak to him . I asked him about the status of my vehicule.He said that nothing was wrong with the battery and that the rattling noise is coming from my dash board and that its not covered.That he can or he did order another stereo. So I asked him if I could pick up my vehicle, he had to ask the mechanic, that he would call me back. So he calls me back and asks me if I still want the oil change done?
I've been taking my Tahoe to this service center ever sice my firts oil change. Also I had already told them about the rattling noise, battery, and stereo.They never documented about the rattling noise.The stereo I thought they had fixed it or that they would let me know if I had to take it in again so they could replace it.Neither were done.
So I've been with out my vehicle for 5 days. I think that they never even touched my vehicule until 4-1-2008. I think its just negligence of their part. My husband had to let me use his Truck yesterday so I could take my children to school and so I could go do my errands. I wasn't able to take my daughter to school on 4-1-2008, because I didnt have my vehicule .My husband is self employed and has his schedule to do everyday.He has clients to see everyday and can't be at home waiting for Henry Brown to finish working on my Tahoe and letting me use his Truck when he needs to do his estimates.
we bought new cars cause we thought we wouldnt have these type of problems.But we were wrong cause I ve been having problems with my vehicle from the day I purchased it.And the service center isnt helping one bit.
