In exercise of my first amendment freedom of speech rights I am discussing the opinions and judgments I formulated against two morbid obese defense attorneys, named Henry C. Paine Jr. and Coby Waddill, who I fired for very poor customer service, undue influence, hostility, obstruction, and laziness.

In my opinion Mr. Henry C. Paine Jr. (Hank Paine) and Mr. Coby Waddill who are defense attorneys in Denton, Texas provided me with abhorrent and incompetent customer service. They were extremely rude and uncommunicative. When I asked questions they would stare at their feet; avoid eye contact; blurt out mocking sarcasm; and they were especially adept at utilizing evasiveness and obfuscation to divert my attention from very meaningful matters. When serious matters needed attending to they complained to me that they did not know what was going on. They did not return my phone calls nor did they respond to my letters which probed into the circumstance until I had fired them. Their inaction and undue influence caused so many problems that I had to fire them and hire another attorney who actually filed motions to get my case effectively dismissed.

Additionally, in my experiences these two morbid obese posers were repeatedly unethical, and extremely unprofessional: they lied to my face several times; they refused to answer questions in a professional manner; they showed up late to meetings; they blocked communication; and they did not do any professional work at all (e.g., refused to file motions). Their inaction and boorish behaviors were extremely offensive and I believe that I wasted thousands of dollars on these morbid obese, hostile, corrupt, and lazy posers. I believe they are not to be trusted with your court case, your problems, your time, your money, or your life. From what I observed I believe they are extremely boorish and their corrupt behaviors are pernicious to a fair and equal due process. What was even more offensive is that they attempted to collect negative information about me and then they insinuated and implied negative insults about me to the police and to the district attorney. They did that to me and it actually caused me damages. These two attorneys are very hypocritical, untrustworthy, and lugubrious. Also, I was offended by their morose innuendo, insinuations, and doublespeak. Those were my insidious experiences with them.

Furthermore, as a minority I believe that I experienced discrimination with Henry C. Paine Jr. and Mr. Coby Waddill: that is another reason why I had to fire them. They took thousands of my dollars and did nothing but try to offend and provoke me. Every time I tried to discuss filing motions to quash the court case with Henry C. Paine he would blurt out in my face: "You're going to have to get a job!" He constantly belittled me and changed the subject when I made demands for him to do work on my case. I paid him over $4, 000 for legal services and he did absolutely no work at all. That is considered a bait and switch method. Their venal, conniving, scamming, and boorish behaviors will not be tolerated or forgiven.
