I bouonght a herstyler pink 1" flat iron from a booth at the tulsa state fair a little over a year ago and was told that it had a lifetime warranty. one of the plates has totally fallen off and it literally hanging from wires. ive been trying to get ahold of the salesperson i bought it from and of course it is like mission impossible! ive been searching on the *** internet for 3 days now and again no such luck!!! if any one has answers could u plz let me know! this product was WAY to

expensive and im not going out without some kind of answers! i guarantee you i would never purchase another herstyler product unless i got totally reinburst for my defective flat iron i was totally screwed on!!
