Fraudulent 5$ charge
I placed two orders with Herbal Advantage one on 1/8/09, and the other a few days later. My second order came a week later. After waiting a week and a half more for the first order to come, I called and was informed that the products were on back order. After three more calls without any further information I received my order on 3/11/09. My account was not charged when I placed the order instead it was taken from my account when they sent it - two months later. I called the company again and I was told they could not charge my account until they received the product, the problem is that part of the order is still on back order even though I was charged the full amount, which according to the company they cannot do. Because of this late charge, my account is now in the negative and the company will not help in any way to try to resolve this. In my opinion taking the money out of my account two months later is unacceptable. I paid on 1/8/09, the money should have been taken out or I should have been told about their process. Not only did I contact them on the phone but I emailed the company to try to get information but was ignored, until I got a shipment receipt. On top of this there is a $5 charge on transaction when using a credit card. All I want is my money to be refunded, but the person I talked to was unwilling to accept this course of action.I will not be buying from this company again.
