Placed order and several items were missing although packing slip claimed they were sent. I was even charged for two bottles of one oil (of which I only ordered one) and only received one.

The phone system is a scam. I left a message and got no response. Subsequent calls found the IVR had changed. You can no longer leave a message, you have 3 options and each one takes you to the same message telling you to use their online system and then disconnects you.

I have also sent 3 emails and received auto-responses promising contact within 2 days. I have received NO CONTACT at all.

NY is the only place that I have repeatedly been charged for merchandise that I never received and contacting the business is impossible. They seem to feel that "NY" makes them invincible and able to cheat others without recourse. Perhaps NY law is such that they are able to get a way with it. The last time I ordered a pair of shoes from NY, my card number ended up in China and was used in several local businesses. The first charge was to a grocery store! Had I known that this company was in NY I never would have purchased anything, but their website does not disclose their location. Lesson learned.
