On 1-19-2011 an order was placed in the amount of $112.95. It was our 6th order placed with the company beginning in July of 2010. As of this date, 2-22-2011 no order has been received, no refund has been made for our latest order.

We placed a cancellation on Feb.14th, contact was made with Chaz Hall '[email protected]' who you reach by calling 1-866-467-6444 then pressing the option to place an order. No other numbers seem to work.

Per the conversation an hour ago with Chaz (again he is the one answering the phone) he revealed that our funds will be deposited in another 7-14 days, in spite of a previous e-mail received from him on 2-14 telling us that it would be 3-5 business days to see a refund reflected on our account.

The order prior to this one had a back order product, other items were shipped but we have only discovered today they did not credit us the $10.46 for what was not received. At this point we are out $123.41 with no products still.

There are multiple complaints with this company...BEWARE!

In reading other complaints they have multiple addresses and dba (doing business as) Chaz's e-mail address (included above) is Mother Nature.com. In doing a search of that company the about us info is the same given on the Herbal Remedies site.

Will file complaints with The Better Business Bureau then heading to the bank to launch an investigation for fraud from that end.

This company is indeed operating unethically.

I ordered some capsules and when they arrived, the bag was wide open in the box, so I emailed them through their "question and returns" system, but no response. Then I emailed them again via their email address according to the website and they have yet to respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND!!!

I ordered a knee support. It was supposed to take 3-6 business days. When it came, 16 days later, it was the wrong size. I sent it back at my expense, ordered another. Again the wrong size. I called. They sent a 3rd, again wrong size. It has taken 2 months to credit the first one. Now they claim I was never charged for any others. But I have a credit card statement showing I paid for the 2nd one. I will turn it over to my credit card company.
Do not do business with these people. They are rude and obviously no not know what they are doing. Besides every call puts you on hold for at least 30 minutes
