I agree with everything stated before; The only thing I want to mention that this company has its own replica named mothernature at mothernature.com with the same poor service no phone contact and all problems that herbalremedies has. Be aware, don't order from any of them or expect the same headache you had with herbalremedies

Customer Support doesn't exist

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Customer Support is terrible! Does not answer email questions.
Items indicate available when they are not. The company keeps changing estimated delivery dates.
Looks like this is a common occurrence with them. I wish I would have researched a bit more before placing an order. Avoid doing business with this company!
