Charged for but never received items or refund
I ordered a colloidal silver generator from Herbal Remedies website on 3/14/11. My checkcard was charged the next day for$109.67. After several weeks of waiting for my order and receiving no emails explaining the delay I attempted to contact them on their website to no avail. I sent multiple e-mails over the next 3 months with no response. I did finally get someone on the phone by putting in extension #100. They do not offer any phone customer service on existing orders but refers you back to their website! The customer service agent informed me that the order had been cancelled over 6 weeks ago and that I should expect a refund applied to my check card. Two weeks pass and I call the number then ext#100, the customer service agent then tells me I should expect a credit to my checkcard in 1 week. When I confronted her that I had been told the same line 2 weeks earlier She became defensive and hung up on me!

Never received goods purchased
I placed and order for a few items. I was charged the full amount and never received the items I was supposed to. There is no way of contacting anyone at this company. Big mistake, I should have looked into who they are before making a purchase. I will tell everyone I know what a shady company they are. If we all spread the word about these .com companies that rip people off they will be out of business soon enough. Now I will have to take it up with my credit card.

No way to contact a human being at this company
Company took my order and my money but provided no information re: shipping, tracking, etc. When I tried to contact them to check the order status, I found that there is literally no way to contact a human being. Their phone number goes to a pre-recorded message saying to contact them on their website. You have to have a login/password to send them a message and, if you don't already have one, they say to click on "forgot password" to get a temporary account you can use. I tried this 5 separate times and it never worked. After much clicking and circling around their website, I was able to access a form to submit a question. I filled out the form in it's entirety and, when I clicked to submit it, was told an internal error was preventing it from being sent. So, I can't call them and I can't contact them on their website? That seems more than shady to me. I filed a dispute with Paypal to get my money back and still never heard from them, not even via Paypal. Finally, I received the items I ordered but have yet to receive a shipping notice (promised by the site when the order was placed) or any response to my PayPal dispute. This is not how a legitimate, professional company is run. I recommend doing business elsewhere.

charged my card still haven't rec'd items
I ordered 25 dollars worth of oils from this company. My credit card was charged right away. My order was placed on Jan. 4th Today is Jan 24 and no products, no communication from HerbalRemidies.com-I will be shocked if the order shows up after reading so many complaints about these guys. Leason learned for sure. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!

Money charged/No Delivey/No Cancellation/No Refund
To my biggest regret, I ordered Christmas presents for 8 people with HerbalRemedies.com on Dec. 6, which was confirmed and charged to my credit card right away. They never showed up. On Dec. 17, I requested cancellation via message form due to no human on the phone. They told me my order is being shipped the next day, so I cannot cancel. On Dec. 21, I repeated the same thing. Again, same response! Then I found a bunch of other complaints on this website (I wish I did beforehand). I immediately filled a dispute with my credit card company. They must have HerbalRemedies.com on black list because they didn't even make me explain much. This is my WORST online shopping experience ever.

Money was taken from my account for a back ordered item, product was never delivered
I had used this site for a few a couple of years with no major problems. Then started having problems getting products. On my last order, money was taken from my account for a back ordered item. Product was never delivered. Money never refunded.

BUYER BEWARE
I placed an order with them on 9/6/2010, they immediately deducted the money from my bank account, but I did not receive my order until 9/18/2010. Then when I finally received my order, it was missing 11 items even though the packing slip & automatic email they sent both said everything was in the shipment. I mean, I could understand that a little better if it was a huge order (it was only about 25 items) or if it was only 1 or 2 items missing, but how could you possibly overlook almost half the order?!? I immediately contacted them, which by the way, you can only do through their website. Their 1-800 number is only a recording. Well, I started emailing them about the missing items on 9/18/2010 (I lost count of the number of emails I ended up sending) and did not receive a response until 10/6/2010!!! They said in the email that they would issue a refund and today is 11/18/2010 and I'm still waiting for my refund! Every time I email them they say they will send a request for the refund to their accounting department, but nothing ever happens. I'm not sure what my next course of action will be, but I just wanted to warn everyone out there about this very crooked company. Tell everyone you know to stay away from herbalremedies.com! I know I am.

Never received items
I ordered from these people on September 21, 2010--and have yet to receive an order, order status, or response to any email I've sent to them!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
My bank is currently investigating them, and I've contacted BBB.
Thank God I only spent $17 with them!!
