missing items and refusal to respond.
Placed order and several items were missing although packing slip claimed they were sent. I was even charged for two bottles of one oil (of which I only ordered one) and only received one.
The phone system is a scam. I left a message and got no response. Subsequent calls found the IVR had changed. You can no longer leave a message, you have 3 options and each one takes you to the same message telling you to use their online system and then disconnects you.
I have also sent 3 emails and received auto-responses promising contact within 2 days. I have received NO CONTACT at all.
NY is the only place that I have repeatedly been charged for merchandise that I never received and contacting the business is impossible. They seem to feel that "NY" makes them invincible and able to cheat others without recourse. Perhaps NY law is such that they are able to get a way with it. The last time I ordered a pair of shoes from NY, my card number ended up in China and was used in several local businesses. The first charge was to a grocery store! Had I known that this company was in NY I never would have purchased anything, but their website does not disclose their location. Lesson learned.

No delivery
I purchased a bottle of Tea Tree Oil from them on December 26, 2009 and I did not get a confirmation email or anything from them and as of January 6, 2010, I had not received any product.
I called them and they only have email support for order status (this is something new, you used to be able to call them directly.) When I finally got someone on the phone. I was told that I would be receiving a order status email.
About 4 hours later I got the email and it stated that they were just shipping my order. Naturally, I called them back as I no longer wanted the oil and as I was explaining the situation to the customer service rep, he hung the phone up in my face.
I am now in a dispute to get a refund. I will never use that company again.

Thieves, Stole my $
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! WE RETURNED A PURCHASE 7 MONTHS AGO AND STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE OUR REFUND, EVEN AFTER THEY CONFIRMED THE RETURN AND THAT IT WAS DONE TO THEIR STANDARDS. THEY SEND YOU FROM ONE EMPTY VOICEMAIL TO ANOTHER, THEY DONT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT, IT IS A FAKE VOICEMAIL WHICH IS NEVER RETURNED. I HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH THE NY BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WITH MASTERCARD!

cannot trust them - won't answer
I placed an order with them and immediately realized I ordered the wrong item. I emailed them several times, called and left messages, finally I had to call like I was placing an order to get a hold of someone. They said I would have to cancel the order and re-order. I said fine, no problem. After canceling I waited 3 weeks for a refund. I called them several times(once again I had to pretend to be ordering something in order to talk to anyone). Finally I threatened that my next call would be to the state Attorney General's office. I received a refund a few hours after my threat. I will never order from them again. They were very evasive and cannot be trusted.

Scam
Herbal Remedies.com is a scam.
They took a month to fill a simple order, screwed
it up, overcharged me, and then "Arthur" hid like a coward
and avoided 20 phone calls.
If you try myvitanet, com, it is the same company,
equally cowardly, same recording on phones.
AVOID HERBAL REMEDIES.COM and
MYVITANET.COM AT ALL COSTS.
If you have ordered something from this company before
and received it, I would not ingest it.

They can't be trusted
I used the information provided by the search to find the product pressure control under the heading of rauwolfia where to buy supplements. The product they listed did not contain the ingredient I was looking for when I called the company they informed me to send it back to them but when I asked them to issue a call ticket for the item they got nasty with me and basically told me that i'm out of luck. If they deceived me in the first place and won't issue a calltag for return then can they be trusted.
