Please save yourself the headache. I was not convinced but I listened to customer service and they got me in. Very unprofessional, rude obnoxious and I still don't have my stuff. They want me to pay extra storage fees and moving costs. The driver was so aggressive, rude and inappropriate when he called on a weekend less than 24 hrs to deliver I was at work and working the next day he wanted to deliver. I decided to talk to customer service since I didn't trust or want someone so obnoxious and rude in my house. I was told now I have to pay the extra storage and delivery charges and that I should have CALLED THE POLICE if I felt threatened. The POLICE would make sure my stuff is OK. Can u believe that? Why should a customer even have to think that or have to call police to make sure everything Is ok. I can't believe this. I have lost so much sleep and have incurred so much stress. I gave them a chance and the Manager of customer service doesn't care a bit about the reviews or the reviews I will leave and the complaints I will file. They still have my stuff! I can't afford or should have to have my stuff held ransom. Someone please help!!
