harassment

I have been living in the sunset heritage apartments for the past couples months and everything was fine until i had unexpected problems with my roommate. So the maneger said i could have a new person move in as long as i they met all the requirements. So i had a family friend fill out an application who met all the requirements and he was denied do to the fact he had no pior rental history besides his parents which make no since because me and my ex- roommate both had no pior rental history. The new manager has refused to help me on every level. And now i am being watched by my neighbors and being constantly being acussed of stupid things such as playing my music to loud in the middle of day as well as being acussed for stuff that has nothing to do with me. I feel i am being harassed everyday and have no privacy in my own home because of the manager and my noisy neighbors who have nothing better to do with their miserable lives then try to make my life as miserable just like theirs. I would suggest that u do not move in these apartments because it is a problematic apartment complex that needs new management asap before it loses more tenants besides just me.

Beware of unprofessional and immoral manager

The new management for this apartment have no organization skills. Nor do they have any morality what so ever. My story is this, my girlfriend and I went to this apartment to rent out. Filled out all the paper work and found out that I was approved but not her due to the fact she makes to much money. She makes less then 10 cents more an hour then I do. So we had it set up that i would rent the apartment. We went to fill out the lease paper work before taking a trip back to AZ. She had us drive over there just to tell me oops I forgot to get this paper signed by some other agency. I said OK we are going to AZ will be back in a week. She said OK ill have all the paper work ready for you when you get back. I said OK and we left. When returning to Washington I called her and she said "oh well i rented the apartment to someone else. Its first come first serve" she also said but I have another unit you can have. Just let me get it approved and Ill call you back. So I waited a week and called her back again getting the same line as before " I rented out the apartment. Its first come first Serve." I explained that this was the second time she did this to me and all she could say was "oh well I have been busy.

So beware of this unprofessional manager. She will tell you one thing and then turn around and do something totally different. Not only is she unprofessional but she is also very immoral.
