This complaint about my vehicle repair reimbursement payment which has been filed more than 60 days after proof of loss (copies of Reimbursement Letter and Invoice is enclosed), as govern on Heritage Service Contract, under title:” Other Important Contract Provisions”.
Although I have contacted Heritage Administration Services, Inc. several times (800-753-5236 & 800-981-5989), spoke with different representatives (Teresa/Cynthia/Sandra/Leslie/Jack), and I always get the same answer to my question: ” Your Reimbursement Status has been Approved and Wait to be Paid”.
I have requested their help and kindness to expedite the reimbursement process; however they didn’t have any idea of how long it’s going to take, and they do not have The Heritage’s person in charge nor department phone number for me to follow-up my case, either.
