Worst customer service
Hermea Manila just oppened this month. I made a purchase last Decmber 23 for some christmas presents and paid the cashier using my Visa Card. The saff were polite in assisting. Moving on, on December 26, 2009 I noticed that my Visa Card is missing, I called my bank just to check where my las purchase was, and i was in Hermes. I called the branch at 9:45 p.m. the security guard on duty took the call and I informed him bout my missing card and to ask the cashier and the manager to check if it's there and even gave my mumber to give me a call to let me know if it's there. Also I asked the duty guard to log my report. The following day, December 27, 2009, not getting any call from Hermes, I went to the outlet, went straight to the cashier and asked. She jus plainly said no, there were no card left there. Then I asked here I reported the incident the night before and was expecting a call from them, she again just replied there were no report from the guard. I checked the log, it's writen there. Then I asked another staff to re-check... Voila... the card is there, it's inside the receipt jacket. Then I was looking fof the Manager and they said he's not around... It seems that they treat the incident petty. A few minutes, I saw the manager coming from the stock room, again they were hiding. I was so dissapointed with the service and to thing it's a major report because we are talking of a Credit Card here, the security not perfgorming the report, the cashier putting the Crad inside the receipt jacket, the Saff not assisting a regular customer regarding the complaint... very bad start for Hermes who just oppened in Manila.
