Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I am one of your customer using your Hero Honda Motor cycle.I purchased this motorbyke maker hero Honda Cd dawn in the year 13.10.2003 from asansol and i am servicing your motor cycle at your authorised service centres at a regular basis till date.Now I am based in kolkata and also service my motor cycle from Malu Motors which is your authorised centre.(WB-38M-3291)
But unfortunately I am facing tremendous harrasment from your service centre as I visited your service centre on 29 th june 2009 with one complain of noise from my rear wheel.They have replaced my HUB and also associate parts but still the noise persists.Then in the mean time also I have visited the service centre and they somehow adjusted the HUB.Again on 18 th july I lodged complain at Malu motors and they replaced Chain spocket, ball bearings and also associate parts and billed me nearly Rs 1800 altogether.But after that also problem is not solved.
After this also I have visited 4-5 times to your centre with the same complain but they are not helping me regarding this aspect.I am very much harassed and forwarding you this note with expectation that you are going to take some serious action, since the behaviour of your employess at Malu is also not acceptable as they also misbehaved with me very much inspite of being working in a corporate like Hero Honda.
This is problem of Rear wheel and if odd situation(accident) occurs during ride who is going to take responsibility of this.
Please suggest me what to do, otherwise I have to take help of consumer laws.
