On 13.10.09 I took my motorbyke to the service workshop and asked all the complaints to the supervisor available there. after service and defect attention, still having problems regarding headlight, brake light, oil leakage from drain bolt and less average. When I approached again to the service workshop, they told me that no such complaints have been lodged and oil leakage problem can't be attended there. I wonder what type of service was carried out when service personal is not aware of the defects and deficiencies.
I feel very bad and regretted to say that having a such big brand name the service is very very poor. The motto of company is to sale their product but not to satisfy the customer when service is required.
