BACK LIGHT (,COLL CELL,CENTER PLATE
I WANT TO COMPLAINT HERO HONDA DISTRIBUTOR(VIKAS AUTOMOBILES).WHICH IS SITUATED IN U.P (ALIGARH). HIS BEHAVIOUR IS VERY POOR WITH CUSTOMERS AND WHOLE STAFF BEHAVIOR ALSO. IN THIS BIKE HH GLAMOUR BROKEN OF BACK LIGHT IS THE MAIN PROBLEM. WHEN WE GO IN THE VIKAS AUTOMOBILE SHOWROOM . HE SAYS THIS BACK LIGHT. YOU ARE BROKEN . WHICH IS NOT IN STOC AND SAYS THAT WE SEND DEMAND BUT COMPANY HAVE NO RESPONCE .. AND WE CAN NO HELP OF YOU. THIS TYPE OF DISTRIBUTOR FALL DOWN THE REPOTATION OF COMPANY.

Poor servicing
I want you inform that the servicing of vehicle at Sehgal Autoriders Pvt. Ltd, situated at Telco road, MIDC, Chinchwad, Pune -411019 (maharashtra) IS very poor...
Problems are not encontered properly while servicing . So please take serious action...

not replacing guaranteed product
i have purchased a glamour hero honda bike in oct 2008, still in gurantee but facing problem in handle locking. always after the rain i have to struggle with the handle lock for 4 to 5 days. on complaining with the service center they just put the oil but refuse to change the lock even it is in gurantee.

Poor performance of vehicles
I have Bought Hero Honda Glamour Gls. Which in compare to other bike gives u a very bad performance. While driving the bike the shock absorber are so bad that the impact is directly on the back of a person driving the bike. I complained about this to the Hero Honda but there are no changes in the bike. Since i have bought my bike it vibrates like anything. I told them about that also. But i don't know they just say it is a problem with every bike. But i took a test drive of all bike but i found that problem only in my bike. Now they are not ready to listen to us. My bike is not a even a month old and there are so many problems in the bike.
