New Product failure issue
I booked a new vehicle (Hero Honda - Hunk) on May 31st 2011 in an authorised Hero Honda Showroom. It is Mohana Motors in Velacherry, Chennai. I got the new vehicle delivery on June 13th 2011 evening by 6:00 pm. The vehicle allotted t me had noise in the engine. When I enquired about that, I was told that since the petrol is very minimal in the petrol tank, the sound is coming. So, I took the bike and filled the petrol tank, but still the noise was there. I again came to the showroom and enquired about the same. Again I was told that the engine needs to get set and the mechanic asked me to use the bike for two days and then it will get solved. But even after two days, the problem was still there. So, I again went to Mohana Motors and informed the same. Then they said they will check it and asked me to handover the bike. So, I handed over the bike on 15th June 2011 and waited there to know about the fault. After checking, they told me that the oil pump is not working in that bike and it will take two working days to rectify it. They asked me to collect the bike on Friday (17th June 2011). Then, I contacted Mohana Motors on Friday before starting from my home to take the bike. They said that they have ordered some engine part and that it will take one more day. So they asked me to collect the bike on Monday (20th June). Then, I contacted Mohana Motors on Monday, but again they said the same reason and asked me to collect on tuesday (21st June). This continued for the whole week, day by day. Finally, I contacted them on Next Monday (27th June 2011). Then the deputy manager told that I will get bike only on the next day, for which I did not accept and after a long conversation with another manager, they accepted to give me the bike on Monday (27th June) evening after 6:00 pm. Then I took the bike by 6:00 pm and I am currently using it now. I am really disappointed with the service that i got from Mohana Motors. I did not even receive a single call from Mohana Motors from the time of booking to till date to tell me the update atleast. They did not even mind to update me about the delay. This has been really a bad experience for me. Also, I wonder how Hero Honda delivered such a faulty bike to its dealers. With the engine noise itself, Hero Honda should have stopped this bike from delivery. I am really frustrated by the Mohana Motors have carried out this issue. I am using hero Honda bikes from the time I got driving license, but I had wonderful moments with them. But this time I am very much frustrated with Hero Honda also because they have delivered such a faulty bike. I write this complaint on Mohana Motors, who was not responsible in this issue and they have not even apologised even once for this delay. I want a compensation for such a delay and for not updating their customer for the delay and also for not apologising. Hero Honda should have tracked whether every thing is smooth with the customer when the situation like this. But this also has not happened. So, I require compensation from Hero Honda for delivering me a faulty bike and for my frustration. My invoice number with Mohana Motors is 11160-02-SINV-0611-1963. service unsatisfactory and charging more labour charges then the spare parts of it
As i have given my Hero Honda Hunk for servicing in the ulhasnagar banch near vithalwadi station mumbai-421003 .As they have waited me for one hour, when i have gone to take the bike from servicing and they told me that the bike is not ready due to the engine screws were loose and i have also told them to change the accelerate wire so on then they told that the accelerate wire is not available but i have told them to call me if the wire is not available but then also they have not called on for that.Finally they have also charged me more for their labour charges .So please after this matter urgently and reply me about it

Problem with New Bike & Carelessness
I, Sandeep Basu (Addr.- Vill+p.O.--Panchla, Dist.-Howrah, State-West Bengal, India), have bought a new hero honda hunk from Amit Motorcycles (P) LTD. 506/1, G.T. road (S), Howrah-711101, West Bengal, India in finance . From the 1st day of buying i found a problem with the starting. I told the dealer (Amit Motorcycles (P) LTD.), but they first time avoided the problem. After that i took the byke to the dealer. Then they said to check from their service center. Service center took the byke for 1 day and was not able to solve the problem and gave that to me saying " we will solve the problem at the time of servicing ". After a day i again complained to the dealer. Then i have taken the bike again. they took the bike and gave a time of 3/4 days. But they took too long. Now i have decieded to change the bike as because of the problem. But they said as my registration and number registration is now completed, they can't change the bike. But i am telling the problem from the 1 st day of buying. I have not got the number of my bike still now but they said that as my bike number and the registration process is completed. so they dont want to change the bike. This is the problem . Can anyone suggest me what should i do now?

Increase the speed
I bought hero honda hunk, i am happy about the features of byke but not imprese to speed, i want to increase the speed of my byke hunk at least above120 km/h, sir please suggest me

manufacturing defect of alloy wheel
I had bought Hero Honda Hunk on 13th of march 2009 from Patliputra Automobiles, Exhibition Road Patna.Since i am a new user of bike so i didn"t noticed that there is gas welding done almost 6 inches area around the airfilling nozzle of both the wheels.When i noticed the same bike of my friend and compared it, i came to know of the defect.I went to the showroom but they are not ready to agree on the defect for same.

my bike hero hona hunk accidenta so i take aatma ram auto 2.11.09 but no response of aatma ram auto so plz help sir i m a very very poor man please give my bike

bad service
i got servised my hunk in MANGAL MOTERS Motihari East Champaran Bihar. i am member of HHPP. my issue is it was my 5th free service and no points given to me and told me we will not give points to free service. engine oil capacity of hunk is 1200 ml. after adding adding 900 ml they told we don't have loose 300 ml you can get it from out side.
the way of talking of workship maneger was so rude. when i told them i'll complain against you, they said no one can do any thing from hero honda you can compalin. plz do the needful as soon as possibe
