I wish to inorm you that the service at the particular dealer as mentioned above (Company Business Name - Dealer) is very poor.<br />
<br />
My vehichle has been serviced by the dealer on 7the Nov 09 by the <br />
above mentioned dealer at uppal, when my vehicle gave trouble<br />
(rear wheel jam) and at the time of delivery I did not find the helmet<br />
which was in vehicle. In fact, I told Mr. Hussain (Mechanic) that my helmet and vehicle related papers are in vehicle only, I can't carry them now as I was going to some office. So they took the vehicle and upon their ill treat, I repeatedly reqeusted them on phone to give delivery on 7th as I was out of station. I told them that I am going to make a complaint if the vehicle is not delivered on 7th Saturday Nov 09, Finally, they delivered the vehicle to my son. When I returned to Hyderabad I went to the dealer service centre and asked Mr. Hussain, Mechanic about my helmet he never gave his ear to hear about this & least bothered to answer me. One person in the servic section, billing counter replied, 'go and complaint nothing will happen', when I asked him about my missing helmet.<br />

Hence, I request the higher authorities to look into the matter and see that my helmet may get back to me and I suggest you to streamline the customer service which is pillar of the business. Actually, I boutht the same helmet in that show room itself while buying the vehicle on 29th Dec 06.<br />
