service
i book my karizma bike in 27th oct 2009 in united agency, kerve road, pune with full amount and with all required document as per say by office guys.in 29th oct i rec. my bike with out reg. no.than co. staff tell me ur passing all ready done.your no. will come with in 2-3 days.in 3rd Nov. i got a call from show room that there was some problem with staff so you have to come again for passing.so again i go there in 4th November for passing at last after finish all formalities i was waiting for my no.but to day is 9th nov and in this position co. staff telling me that you not give us all document so u have to come again with all document .now the main problem is that in india rule s we can not drive bike more than 100 km before registration.and till date my bike running is more than 225km.i all ready pay 3-4 times penalty in traffic control department.now i am forcing co. that refund that amount what ever charges you wanna to deduct it but they are not ready to listion any thing.they should check these document at the time of booking.very bad bad experience.if any one can be help me out from this matter than plz help me.

poor service/over price
Sir,
I purchase a hero honda splendor plus, I regularly srvice it from authorize hero honda showroom, but the service quality is very poor they are charging more price & unnecessary service are providing for that we have to pay money, no one is listening to it.I think Big brands loosing there market share due to lack of quality servics.I am giving the address of the dealer/auth. service center: ESS AAY Agencies(I) Pvt. Ltd.747, Joshi Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi-05, pls give me the address of hero honda custer service so that I can file a complaint.

not changing carborator
my byke (karizma ...ap 16 bg 2654)is been leeking fuel due to excess flow of petrol...i asked for a change of carborator in company because its in warrenty period in vijayawada, andhra pradesh... staff are saying some thing to me to change flute and needle and even they are adding me that i have to pay bill of 600 for that spares... this problem is been repeating from many months every time they are saying that its due to dust and cleaning the part...so i request company to please sanction me a new carborator

Vehichle shaking during driving
I purchased a Hero Honda Motor Cycle 6 month back. Suffering from the vehicle shaking during the driving. In first service it was told to me that Handle Jam.
In 2nd service told me that fork bend, but my private expert mechanic told that tyre problems. The movement of vehicle is not uniform . Vehicle vobles during driving.
I raised a customer complaint but till date there is no feedback from the company.
I think this is totally cheating to customer

Terrible service
I have bought Hero Honda CBZ Extreme bike one month ego in southern stores in chennai. I have gone for first servicing. four days after servicing Gear rod has been fell down and horn is not working. Some sounds are coming from the bike. I think they haven't do any thing in servicing. i feel very sad about that. I bought it for 64000/- with in 2 months.. the bike become like this... very poor servicing...

Sound while taking & releasing clutch
I purchased Hero Honda Passion Plus motorcycle on 26th June’08. There was manufacturing defect which I reported next day to the dealer “Amit Motorcycles (P) Ltd – Kolkata that there is sound while taking & releasing clutch in 1st & 2nd gear (mostly in 2nd gear). Dealer advice me to go to service station they will do the needful. The motorcycle given to Service station on 4th July (Km reading 180), they delivered me on 7th July. At the time of delivery the sound decrease up to 50% but not totally solved. After 2 days the sound increases as same as before. Again I reported to the service station & they have taken the test drive and assured me that they will rectify the problem on first free service because the part required is not in the stock. On 21st July’08 I have given the motorcycle for 1st servicing. On 22nd at the time of delivering I noticed that nothing has been changed in my Clutch problem, the Sound is coming as it was. I have not taken the delivery of my vehicle and advice them to rectify. As per their supervisor the sound coming while taking & releasing clutch is the normal sound, but I proved them wrong by driving another Passion Plus at their service station, then they agreed to rectify. Yesterday a call comes from service station that my motorcycle is ready and the problem is also shorted out. Today I went to take the delivery but after taking trial drive found nothing have been changed in the sound of Clutch. They want to satisfy me in various ways, technically practically but I did not satisfy. I just want my problem solved, why my motorcycle sounds while other motorcycle not including the same model. My motorcycle is still in the service station. I have been harassed from the first day of my motorcycle purchased till date. My faith with HERO HONDA is gone.

I am cheated by Hero Honda service center
I bought my Hero Honda Splendor NXG bike this January after driving the bike for about 3 months one day my bike got puncher in an highway so I went to a nearby workshop and changed the tube, after changing the tube I felt that my bikes back wheel moves to the left side while driving so I approached the Fort Point Hero Honda Service center at Mahim Mumbai, the supervisor there told me that It is happening because of the tube so it has to be changed, I told him to change the tube and i asked him to do the powder coating also but in the evening when I collected my bike I found that the tube was not changed and no coating was also done, when I spoke to the senior supervisor (Khan Bhai) he told me that we have changed the tube please trust me.
I took my bike back and I experienced the same problem again now my bike has slipped twice and I fell down. Luckily I got no injury as I was driving slowly both the times. Now I am feeling that I have done a mistake by buying a Hero Honda Bike. I don’t know whom to approach.
I think I will have to file case against Hero Honda.
