Manufacturing Defects
I have purchased a hero honda hunk on 28.03.08 & i have faced 4 defects. I too it to service center and they didn't have its spare so they delayed my repair for 20 days. After service no changes were found. When i complained again they told me that when the herohonda people will come we will call you but till date no call was received. Defects are: 1) Disc break sound 2) Rear break sound 3) Suspension making noise 4) Low pick up.

Bad service
I had purchaed a herohonda hunk from an authorized dealer named Ace motors Calicut kerala at before the first service am fully satisfied by the bike, but after the service the complains are started. Mainly high smoke from the engine, body jurking, feel high friction on engine, complaints in front disc, millege shortage, etc...
I am report these complaints to service dealer at many times . but they not cleared it properly. Always they have some excuses spair are not available, mechanic was leave etc...
Now i really disappointed on the service of herohonda, my vehicle reg.nimber is KL_57_A _393.

Poor service!
I am having a hero Honda pleasure two wheeler. I have bought it on last week of March 2006 (from Pune). From day 1 it is giving some problem. It was having starting problem which is not yet been solved. Funniest thing is that it stops working wherever I try to slow down speed. It has buttons problem. They get stuck sometimes. I have tried different service centers of Hero Honda...

Worst service!
I bought a Hero Honda Passion plus in Suguna automobile agency - Coimbatore, a dealer of the Hero Honda company on 29/08/2007. When I went for the first service after a ride of 500 Km, their service was very poor. There was a girl sitting on the service counter, and she asked me to sit on the bench for 5 mins, and I did. She started talking with her boy friend. I had been waiting for half an hour and then told her again that I had been waiting for half an hour. She did not responded to me, and still continuing to talk with her boy friend. I got angry that why the hell she sit in customer support if she do not want to respond to a customer. If I was the boss of that company, I would have fired her for not doing the job on duty time, for what she is paid.
Still I had not lost the patience, and went to asks the service manager, and he replied recklessly. I told him that I had been waiting for a long time to just drop my bike for the service, and that idiot replied that so many people are waiting more than me, and that nonsense asked me to wait outside. I really got angry with their level of customer support. Hero Honda should cancel the franchise license of this agency.

Bad customer care
I purchased a bike (CBZ Extreme) on March 15, 2007, but now there is a rust on the swingarm of the bike. When approached service department (Hero Honda) they referred me to the sales department. Now, both of them say nothing can be done about the rust. I can't imagine a 3-1/2-month bike get a rust. Now they are saying they will not get it rectified and asking me to get it rectified by myself. This really pissed me off. I'm planning to take them to the consumer court for this.

Horrifying experience!

I have been your member since July 2001 and today I have visited Khanna Automobiles Showroom, Safdarjung Enclave to redeem the points I accrued.This is my first visit to redeem my points. The moment I showed my passport to Mr. Shri om (Passport executive) he was very indifferent, and casually checked the points and told me that I should produce proofs for the points accumulated until now. My passport clearly shows 16566 points carried forwarded from my old passport which I had renewed from the same Showroom. I have a total of 16972 points until now. I have tried my level best to make them understand that I have not redeemed any points earlier,but they refused to accept my explanation . Immediately I contacted Ms.Ananditha at 011-26144121 head office Vasant vihar, to my surprise she was not helpful to solve my problem. She told me that I would need to wait for few days till they verify all points and she would confirm me the same on phone. She also told me that it is not possible to redeem all points on one fine day.
I never expected such an harrowing experience from your dealers and officers in charge.

"Hero" Honda: "Zero" after-sales-service
Within 2 days of my purchase of a Hero Honda Glamour, my dealer himself informed me that the brake-jam is defective and it has to be replaced (he was honest). Then it got tested by the service engineer and they promised to replace the part at no cost since it is under warranty. Till that point it was ok. The story starts after that. Almost 3 months have passed so far and no action has been taken yet. I am not able to drive the bike properly. They are saying that the spare part is not available and it will take time. How long ? That is the sign of the worst 2 wheeler company which cannot provide a spare part even in 3 months time. When I tried to contact the east zonal office via telephone numbers given in Hero Honda website, no one picked up the phone. I tried to send them a feedback via their website, but even that did not work. So ultimately I am riding my defective bike at a speed of 30 KMPH. Alas ! Having accepted the fact that India is not no. 1 in after sales service in any commodity, I must say that stay apart from Hero Honda because it is worst in the list. Beware. And as posted by another consumer here, I am also taking the bottomline of providing this feedback to all my friends, relatives and online partners so that I can save them from being victimized by hero honda (and also teach it a lesson).

Hopeless after sales service
I bought Hero Honda Pleasure yesterday... Service dept told me there is 700 ML petrol in it... but it went only for 9KM... On the first day itself i have to keep it midway and go hunting for a petrol bunk... this is VERY VERY FRUSTRATING... There is certainly something wrong and people at delivery making some money out of petrol... VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE... It's funny name "JUST FOR HER" if this is the level of service you are giving on FIRST DAY ITSELF...
Dealer is CITY MOTORS, PUNE Bhandarkar Road.

Not satisfied with service and behavior of the staff
My vehicle is registered (DL7SAM- 2324) in the name of Mr Nikhil Kr. I am a regularly visiting to workshop which is on G T Rd near to telephone exchange at Dilshad Garden. I am not satisfied with service and behavior of the staff. My bike needs servicing after every 500 kms, and every time they do check enlightenment, if asks what is the problem they say it will be taken care. But i don't know when it will be?

Regarding the performance of super splendor
I have been using Hero Honda bikes for the past 9 years. My first bike was Hero Honda Splendor, which served me for 5yrs and6months. Till the time of replacement it gave me 68 km/lit mileage. I never had any problem with that bike. Then I replaced it with super splendor which created lots of complaints from the very first year of my purchase. Within 2 years it incurred me lot of expenditure for repairing it. I am now totally dissatisfied with this bike. There are complaints like weaker bore and oil leakage into the bore there by vehicle releases excessive smoke with sound (crakes), less mileage (46km/lit). And the gear shift is very hard while we are changing the gear, bringing the vehicle to neutral is a big task for me every time, bcoz I have to stand in the gear shift to bring it to neutral.
