TIRES problem
Hi,
I Purchased PASSION PRO 16/05/2011 From SUNIL AUTO SALES (P) LTD. 12, Station Road LUCKNOW. I got a problem in front tire . I have inform to the DEALER and DEALER told me contact to the Company. When I want to turning left or right my bike slip on turning because of tire grip not well please change my tire

TIRES problem
I PURCHASED PASSION PRO 16/MAY/2011 from SUNIL AUTO SALES(P)LTD.12/Station Road LUCKNOW I have to informed SUNIL AUTO for TIRE but no response and tell me contact to HERO HONDA company.
The tire of front wheel is not working properly.When i want to turn left or right then the tire slip on the road .
Please change the tire of my bike.

Rare Wheel wobbling
Hi,
I PURCHASED PASSION PRO TWO WEEKS BACK FROM KARUNA HERO HONDA SHOW ROOM BALANAGAR HYDERABAD. I GOT A PROBLEM WHEELS WOBBLING. DEALER TOLD ME THAT ' I WILL CHANGE THE TWO TIRES AFTER IT REACH 500 Kms(ON 1ST SERVICING) '. IS THIS RIGHT SOLUTION .

Chain & Spoket
I have purchased a Hero Honda Passion Pro from M/s. Zion Automobiles, Mallappally who has the the sub dealer of M/s. Priyanka Motors Ltd, Pathanamthitta on 01/02/2010. But within 9, 000 KMs it's chain and spoket got damaged and I have replased same with my on cost. So please reimburse the same to me

REAR WHEEL WOBBLING
I HAVE PURCHASED A BIKE PASSION PRO FROM HERO HONDA DELAER NAME TAIYAB MOTORS UDAIPUR ROAD, CITY BANSWARA ON 15TH OCT 2009.AFTER DELIVERY I DRIVE ONLY 1K.M I FOUND WOBBLING FROM REAR SIDE I CONTACT TO DEALER IMM.& I SAID THIS PROBLEM THEY SAID NO PROBLEM COME ON NEXT DAY.WHEN I WENT SHOWROOM ON NEXT DAY THEY CHECKED MY VEH. & ITS A MINOR PROBLEM & WE HAVE RESOLVE IT BUT THE PROBLEM AS IT IS SAME I AGAIN CONTACT TO SHOWROOM THEY SAID TO ME THAT WHEN U CAME ON 1ST FREE SERVICE WE WILL RECTIFY IT ON IST FREE SERVICE I WRITE IT DOWN THE SAME PROBLEM.AFTER SERVICE THEY SAID THAT ITS A TYRE PROBLEM & WE HAVE CHANGED YOUR TYRE.AFTER 2-3 DAYS I FOUND THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN I CONTACT TO THEM MANY TIMES FOR THIS PROBLEM NOW THE DEALER IS SAYING THAT WE CANT RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM PLEASE DO NEEDFUL FOR ME IAM FAID OF FROM THIS BIKE & SERVICE FROM DEALER.PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER.

no spare parts available
i had purchased new blue colour hero honda passion pro for 52, 000 thousand on 08/09/2010 and the problem is front dom means wizer... on 11/09/2010 the wizer colour is changing into white i went to service center on 13/09/2010 and they said service manager went for meeting come after two days.. again i went on 18/09/2010 but the service manager is went out side of the office.. i asked to change the wizer.. they said they are not having stock.. they said to come on 20/09/2010 again i went on 20/09/2010... the service manger is available he said we are not having stock for the new models... he told come after 10 days. i went 30/09/2010.. but the service is answer is same .. not having stock... why the hero honda guys sales the bikes with out having such kind of stock's

vehicle not properly serviced and care by Metro Mor Motors, Narela Delhi
MY HERO HONDA BIKE REGISTERATION NO. DL 8S- AS- 2074 PURCHASED FROM OSWAL MOTORS, AZAD PUR DELHI ON 12-5-2009 AND ALL FREE SERVICE WAS GET FROM METRO MOTORS NARELA DELHI AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE OF HERO HONDA. ON MY REPEATED COMPLAINTS THEY NEVER CARE OF MY VEHICLE AND MY BIKE IS AS IT IS. THE ENGINEER FROM THE COMPANY WAS ALREADY INSTRUCTED THEM TO REPLACE THE WHOLE NUT BOLTS OF RIGHT SIDE THE VEHICLE AND CHASIS OF THE VEHICLE IS DAMAGED CONDITION. FROM THE IST FREE SERVICE I HAVE COMPLAINT THE SAME TO THE SERVICE CENTRE TILL DAY THEY DONT BOTHERED ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS AND ONE AGAINST INSTRUCTION BE GIVEN TO THEM TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

WHOLE NUT BOLTS AND BODY ARE IN JUNGED
I HAVE PURCHASED A HERO HONDA PASSION PRO MOTOR BIKE ON 12-5-2009 FROM OSWAL MOTORS AND GET ALL THE FREE SERVICE FROM THE HERO HONDA AUTHORISED DEALER METRO MOTORS NARELA DELHI-40. MY ALL REPEATED COMPLAINTS THAT THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE ARE DAMAGED AND ALL THE NUT BOLTS ARE IN JUNKED AND THE CHASIS ARE ALSO DAMAGED DUE TO JUNKED. THE VERYFICATION WAS DONE BY THE COMPANY ENGINEER AT THE SITE AND INSTRUCTED THE DEALER THAT THE SAME SHOULD BE REPLACED BUT ON MY REPEATED REEQUEST THE DEALER AND SEERVICE SUPERVISORY STAFF HAS NEVER CARED AND MY VEHICLE AS IT IS.
KINDLY INSTRUCT THE METRO MOTOR STAFF TO TAKE CARE OF MY VEHICLE AND SAME MAY PLEASE BE GET REPAIRED.

SCREW DRIVER'S QUAITY NOT GOOD
when i try to take out number plate from motorcyle for printing the number. i used screwdriver provide from compny in tool box. when i start to rotate the screw driver, it get broken. quality of material used for screw driver not good.

poor service by service centre
My compalint is specifically against Ms. Bharat Motors service centre, located at Mancheswar Industrial Estate at Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India.
I took my Hero Honda Passion pro MC for 2nd FREE servicing after advance booking at the authorised service centre on 26.10.09.
Even after prior intimation over phone, I had to wait long hours at the centre, the staff clarifying avery long list for service of bikes. My vehicle was attended at the last (evening)ignoring the advance booking prior to three days. The maintenance check up was done by a throughly exhausted staff in a hurried manner and without water cleaning. When I complained to the supervisor, he assigned the cleaning job to a staff who finished cleaning within three minutes! leaving the air cleaning .When complined again, another staff finished the job in a hush hush manner.I returned home not to speak of the resentment at the Service centre.I must say, its VERY POOR service indeed by HH authorities at the centre.
My question is, are the authorities at HH, aware of such heavy intake of vehicles by the service centre every day?Will they take appropriate action against such poor service by staff at the HH service centre and intimate this writer so that it is not repeated again?Will the service personnel attempt to serve the costomers a little seriously. or else, as they say in their popular Ad in TV, it really will give 'Dhak -Dhak' ( the heart pounds above normal) when some one like me visits there Cenre next time or prefer not to visit them for the shake of the vehicle atleast.
