I have already sent Hertz a couple of emails about my problem Back in September I rented a car in Ireland for 8 days. From sept. 17th until sept 25th. On the way back to the airport on the morning of the 25th I got a flat tire. After changing the tire at 5:30 in the morning I proceeded to the airport in Dublin. Over 100 miles from where I was. When I arrived at the hertz return to turn in the car I mentioned that I had had a flat tire. The manager opened the trunk, looked at the tire. Never took it out of the trunk. He then said something to one of the check out boys who told me to go to the office for my bill. I was charged 135 euros or 205 dollars. This is for a small tire on a compact car. I find this outrageous. The last e mail I received from Hertz was dated 0ct 29, 2008. I was informed that I would hear back in a couple of weeks. My customer relations file # FD0615, RA# 805989505.
Thank you I hope to hear from you soon
