I had pre planned my visit to Sweden and booked/paid a car online at www.hertz.com one month in advance.
The car booked was a eco green friendly.
On my arrival at the frontdesk staffs tells me the car range that I booked was not available and he mentioned that have exchanged to a better. Suddenly starts to explain the car had some cracks on windshiekd and scratches ..etc.
I mentioned why is this happening If i booked a car online I expect to get a car that I choose yet aagin worthless apologies.
I couldn't more argue as I had a funeral to attend later in the morning and was returning the car second day.
My trip back and forth and returned the car and boarded my plane, The second day I realized my credit card was charge with 5500 kr and 980kr on the original rent. I call Hertz and the lady who replied the call described on the phone that I've returned the car with some scratches and dent that she will send the photos to me ..I immidiately logged on my email and view the photos with the damages that existed and was reported on the copy of my original renting documents.
I reply the email with explaination and refering them to the contract i had which was clearly stated that this damages were recorded.

Later that day I receive a formal apology via email saying the damages exisited and she wasn't aware but there was one minor dent on the same area that you will have to pay ..?? Jeez this scratches and dents existed and I am accounted for !
I called and asked for explaination and they keep on passing the ball to other agent that ..well i cant answer you questions.
I feel abandoned and they have charged the unlawful amount of money from my creditcard.

This is awkward SCAM and HERTZ Skavsta (Nykoping) you have now proven to me that .
I am no longer going to be the Gold member and my money is worth the services other place and I have forwarded all the emails and receipt, photos and contract copy to the consumer complain and will take you to court.

Everyone I warn you HERTZ at Skavsta uses this type of BEWARE very common they target Foreigners/Tourist in sweden and they take advantage on this way .Never hand your credit card they draft the money whilst you gone.
