Chris Kaiser from Hew-Tex Oil and gas who are based in Houston, TX, called me claiming he was an expert in the oil and gas industry and tried to get me to invest $100, 000 in a oil and gas project that Hew-Tex Oil and Gas are developing in Texas. After completing the phone call with Mr. Kaiser, I was able to determine that Hew-Tex is a scam boiler room operation who was guilty of fraud by the Texas State Securities Board in 2004 for failing to register selling securities with the SEC, paying commissions to unlicensed sales persons, violating Section 7 of the Texas Securities, violating Section 12 of the Texas Securities Act, engaging in fraud with the offer for sale and the sale of securities, and violating the cease and desist order pursuant to Section 23.A of the Texas Securities Act, and employing sales agents who are not registered and licensed with the Securities Commissioner and SEC under the Texas Securities Act.
