OMG!!! I promise I am going to find every website/blog humanly possible to let other consumers know that HP has the WORST customer service I've experienced in my 54 years.
Six-month old all-in-one printer w/six months left on warranty burns out - won't fire up and burning smell. Call HP, get escalated to boss on every call with a promise to call at xx:xx am/pm. Has NEVER happened. Daily calls, daily promises. Last call under pressure the tech support promised with his reputation as collateral that they would call. Reputation must not have been worth that much. Next tried emailing to double the odds of getting an answer. Bad enough I can't understand a word the phone support says until the 3rd or 4th repeat, but the email reply from HP is in such heavily-accented fractured English that we are still trying to figure out was we are being asked to do.
BOTTOM LINE: After numerous HP laptops, desktop, printers, cameras, I will NEVER purchase HP again. I will also use ever forum I have available to share my criminally-negligent experience with other consumers to allow them to make informed decisions.
