	CMAYSE April 3, 2011 PL4260N MY HD HEWLITT PACKARD TELEVISION CHANGES INPUT SELECT ON ITS OWN EVERY 5 MIN. I CALLED HP AND THEY SAY ITS $650 TO COME LOOK AT IT NOT REPAIR IT, THEY SAY ITS THE CONTROL BOARD MOST LIKELY, I PAID 2K AND THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM-DEFECWHAT DO I DO??THANKS [email protected]
	Gary Gillow November 27, 2010 Warranty Bought an HP note book-it quit functioning several months after I bought it-sent it in under waranty-they sent it back-it was not repaired-sent it back-got it back repaired-I was without the notebook for over 3 months-quit working again-out of warranty-no consideration given to the time I was without the computer-99$ for another warranty plus repair-for an item which is clearly not worth investing in -tried to see if there could be given any consideration for the time I did not have my computer-was put on hold-and I was hung up on.
	October 17, 2008 Bad service Called to complain about not receiving the defective printer replacement that I have not received after two weeks. I have been on hold for 3 hours and 17 minutes.
