Bought what was advertised as a "new" Citizen BL5280-52W watch. Recieved watch and inspected item noticing that face of watch had a large diagonal scratch across it. Emailed HH watches the day I recieved item. HH did not respong until a week later, finally issued an RMA with shipping instructions. I initially requested item to be shipped via Fed Ex, and paid a premium for this. Item was sent via Priority Mail insured with signature required. Item has been sitting in Santa Ana since 5/21/2010. HH watches refuses to pick up item and issue refund stating that Post Office is 5 miles away and will not drive that far. HH watches instead has advised me to resend item without delivery confermation. Sounds fishy to me. I purchased item through Paypal, they have denied my claim siting that they will not get involved in quality of purchased products. My only option is to file an insurance claim wtih USPS and hope to recoup my losses.
