In october of 2006 I purchased a Toshiba Laptop from HHgregg along with A 4 year warrantyy that covers everything. I had screen damage and went to HHgregg. They told me they never sold such a warranty. Eventually the magically dicovered that I did and sent me off to call GE. I told GE what was wrong and was assured that they could just replace the screen. He asked if I backed up the data and I said no. He assured me it was fine.After not hearing from them, I called to see where my laptop was. I was informed it's going to be replaced and its already been sent to salvage. My data is gone! Now Im waiting to see what piece of shit they want to replace it with. Or the small amount of money they will offer to settle with.
