My husband took his car to Hi-Q to get new tires fitted. We paid for the wheel balancing, but the balancing was totally out. The next day my husband took his car to the Constantia Kloof branch to have his shocks fitted and to sort out the balancing that the other branch did not do. Later that evening whilst we were driving we found that something was not right with the left front tire and it was making a very funny noise - like a tire that was flat. When we pulled over to investigate, we found that the nuts of the front wheel was not tighten as it was supposed to be. . .!! We went back the next day to complain and all they could say was - sorry.

So when you go and get your tires fitted - just make double sure that the nuts are tighten as it suppose to be!! Add a new Hi-Q report
