To whom it may concern,
I am emailing on behalf of husband who has been having great difficulty in obtaining call details from his mobile phone bill which is prepaid.
I am from Australia and applied to bring my husband to Australia and the immigration require evidence which is the call details from Etisalat telecommunication company in Abu Dhabi.
My husband called them and they said it cannot be done. What should I do as there is a way of obtaining copies and we are more than happy to fund the cost. They did advise my husband if the immigration can obtain copies but he would not be able to. I don't think this is fair at all.
Can you please help me.
