I ordered two different products to be sent to two locations in Germantown, Maryland for Christmas; and in both cases there was NO indication as to who sent the gift!! The products were on time...but not opened.
It was only AFTER I told them that I sent them were the boxes opened.
Normally HF does a pretty good job, but not this year.
