It was WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had in my whole life!!!

It was my first time going there so I looked for reviews from Yelp and asked specifically for Rachel. Instead, a man named Bobby was working on my hair the whole time. Bobby did my color and perm, but after he dyed my hair he forgot to shampoo the dye out of my hair. I had not even imagined he would forget such an important step, but when I shampooed my hair the next day I was surprised to find dark purple dye coming out of my hair. And for whole week every time I wash my hair (everyday) it kept rinsing out.

I went to see a doctor about my scalp because there was irritation from keeping the chemicals in for too long, and when I told the salon about my visit to the doctor they said that it was unnecessary. How would they know even without checking my scalp?They are not doctor and I'm the one suffering from irritation so they would not know my condition.

The salon admitted that the perm was poorly done and agreed to redo it, and they looked at the state of my hair and said they would provide treatments until the quality returned to normal.

When I went back to get my perm 2 weeks later, they accused me and said that I would keep complaining even after I get it redone, and they also said that the quality of my hair could have been bad to start out with so it wasn't their responsibility to fix it.

Due to the salon my hair is extremely bristly and damaged, and I get stressed out every time I look in the mirror.
What I am upset about is that they verbally agreed to fix my hair when I was there a few weeks ago, but now after time has passed they just changed their mind and told me not to come for treatments anymore.
