through Western Union and then they tell you they need to pay for a antiterrorist certificate in the amount of $4000, but they will pay half and personally deliver the car. BEWARE THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH IT IS ONLY A SCAM. They then plead with you with many phone calls from unrestricted numbers.
