We stayed at the Hilton Desoto Savannah Hotel in Savannah from Oct. 1 - Oct. 4.
From the beginning our room service was not up to the standards of Hilton Hotels. We arrived and had no bath mats, only 2 washcloths and no shampoo. Our friends who were in another room also had the same situation. This was night one.
Days two and three our coffee setup was never updated. As a matter of fact, on day two the coffee maker wasn't even cleaned. Also, our ice bucket was never cleaned while we were there.
On day two we were given NO washcloths in addition to the coffee setup not being done.
The rooms were not dusted as well as they should be.
The day we were checking out, the day Manager was on the elevator and I expressed my dissatisfactionwith the service and his only response was "fill out the card" at which time he stepped off the elevator.
All in all, the room service we received was not up to Hilton standards!!!
I am also a HiltonHonors member #968035264. They would not give me credit because we made our reservations through a third party.
