I have ordered a kids laptop (Order Number :HI1309100443) which was promised to be delivered on 20th Sep'10 but was not yet delivered till date. I have rasied a ticket in their useless website & I am yet to get a response. They are also not attending to the phone calls...

I had a wprst experience 3 months before itself for similar order...My simple question...Do these people know what is mean by COMMITMENT? The above one was supposed to be delivered as a gift for a child on his birthday on 20th Sep'10. If only these people have some conscience they will understand the disappointment felt by that kid that too on his birhday? India Plaza is literally cheatng & this is not the first experience for me...

I want to know the status of my order & I want it to be delivered asap...Only in India such useless shopping sites cheat people by delayed delivery, wrong products & poor customer service...
