We have broad band connection on telephone no.25232460 used for official purpose of the company. It has gone out of order since 02 Sep 2007 and contacted your customer care for the support. They took two days to solve the problem, but nothing could be done. On 5th they have lodged a complaint and told that it will be cleared from the local exchange. I am trying to contact all connected officials, but of no use. Till now connection remains out of order after 15 days.
